  • Turn Around TIme

    Total turnaround time will be 2-4 weeks. 
    A preview of Design will be sent within 1-2 Business days.
    You will receive a preview before Print, cut or press is sent on all orders! 
    Once design is approved, please allow 2-4 Weeks for notification to be sent via email when item is ready. 

    If you need it expedited, Please add rush fee to cart.
     

  • Rush Fee

    If need your order in less than 2-4 weeks then please add Rush fee to your cart. Rush fee will expedite ordder to be done within 1-7 Business days. 
    Rush Fee  depending on amount and weight of items per order.

    Notification will be sent via email from website.
    Rush Fee of $20-$50 depending on amount of items per order.
     

  • Refund & Exchange Policy

    Pick Up:

    FREE Pick Up is available if live in the Houston & Greater Surrounding areas.

    Shipping:

    Shipping is availible in United States.

    USPS is shipping carrier.

    Notifications will be sent once item is available for shipping and once item is shipped out. 

    Delivery: 

    Delivery is available for an additional $10 if ive in the Houston & Greater Surrounding areas.

    Notifications will be sent once item is availble for delivery.

  • Pickup/Shipping/Delivery

    Pick Up:
    FREE Pick Up is available if you live in the Houston & Greater Surrounding areas. (Meeting you somewhere is same as Delivery)

    Notifications will be sent to your email from the website once item is reay for delivery. we will contact you to coordinate delivery time and date. 
     

  • Revision

    A preview of deign is sent There is a THREE revision limit.  If any further revisions are needed, a $10 revision fee is required per revision.

    Following your purchase, please email any ideas/inspirations you have, along with everything else you'd like for your design!

    Please keep in mind, I am not a manufacturer.
    Each item is individually made.
    You will receive a preview of your design before put in production. 
    When preview is sent, please review it entirely.
    If there are errors, it is YOUR responsibility to inform me.
    If it is Rush order you may or may not receive.
    If you fail to approve the design when sent, an executive decision will be made to complete your order. By purchasing, you agree to take your purchase as is.
