You will be updated with a proof design for your approval prior to printing. Once design is approved, we will print your cards. Upon completion, you will receive photos of the prints before shipping or Pick up. We will provide you with tracking information for your reference.

Turn Around Time
Total turnaround time will be 2-4 weeks business days. Once design is approved, please allow time for notification to be sent via email when item is ready.
If you need it expedited, Please add rush fee to cart.
Rush Fee
Rush Fee Takes 3-7buinsess days or more to customize before available for pick up or ship.
Notification will be sent via email from website.
Rush Fee of $20-$50 depending on amount of items per order.
If needed sooner than 7 Business days Please send a email with date needed by.
Refunds/Ecxchanges
No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns
Custom items are made custom for each customer. customer items are not able to be resold. Therefore No refunds.
Please note we send design apporval before cutting or priting. When you receive your design approval please review all spelling, placing, and colors before sent for final print.
In the event you receive a item that is wrong size or wrong color and it is mistake on our part. We will confim your invoice and order and will remake your item as soon as possible.
In the event we are not able to remake your item by your due date we will provide you with a store credit git card towards another item.

Free Pick Up/Shipping/Delivery
Pick Up: FREE Pick Up is available if live in the Houston & Greater Surrounding areas.
Please schedule pickup once items are ready.

Delivery: (Meeting you somewhere is same as Delivery). Delivery is available for an additional $20 if ive in the Houston & Greater Surrounding areas.
Shipping: Shipping is availible in United States. USPS 2 Day Priority is shipping carrier.
Notifications will be sent once item is available for PickUp, Shipping or Delivery.
Once item is shipped out you will receive a email with tracking number.
Revisions
There is a THREE revision limit. If any further revisions are needed, a $10 revision fee is required per revision.
